Moe Liebman is a bilingual member of the Barreau du Québec since 2006, after graduating with Honours in civil law (2004) and common law (2005) at the University of Ottawa. He acts in multiple practice areas including civil, commercial and employment law and class actions. He has pleaded before multiple court levels in the Province of Québec, including administrative tribunals. He is involved in real estate matters, franchising, shareholder disputes and estate matters. He handles a wide variety of large, medium and small commercial matters and represents individual persons covering all areas of civil and commercial litigation.
Moe has distinguished himself through his efforts in various important community and philanthropic organizations.
