ABOUT

My experience in criminal law includes working on files involving drug offences, assault, sexual assault, firearms, fraud, murder, and impaired driving.

I have successfully obtained many favourable results for clients, including having criminal charges withdrawn, obtaining peace bonds, and discharges.

Additionally, I have experience working on bail applications, bail reviews, Crown pre-trials, judicial pre-trials, Charter applications, and other complex legal applications.

I have also attended and assisted senior criminal defence counsel with numerous trials and preliminary inquiries in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.

My court experience extends to Quebec, British Columbia, and through all of Ontario.

Law Degree from the University of Birmingham (UK), Faculty of Law

University of Waterloo, Honours degree in Legal Studies

During law school, I competed and won a negotiation skills competition and also gained membership into the prestigious Holdsworth Student Law Society and the Pro Bono Group.
