    ABOUT

    Sara was born and raised in the Vancouver area. During law school, she volunteered at a community legal centre where she found enjoyment helping people through their various legal issues. Sara obtained litigation experience while completing her articles with Hughes and Co., a boutique firm in Vancouver with a focus on civil litigation. Then, as associate lawyer at Railtown Law, she focused primarily on family law cases including separation and divorce matters. She has appeared in the BC Provincial Court, the BC Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal. In 2021, Sara founded Waterview Law, to better the meet the diverse needs of BC residents facing a family law issue.

    Education & Qualifications

    Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia with a focus on psychology and family science. She attended law school at the University of Melbourne and, since being called to the bar, she continues to grow her practice. Most recently, she completed training in the collaborative divorce process.
