I am an Associate Lawyer practicing health and employment law. I advise individuals, professionals and organizations on a range of legal matters, with a focus on providing clear, practical advice that takes into account each client’s circumstances and objectives.
My health law practice includes fertility and reproductive law (including independent legal advice), disability rights and healthcare accessibility, health professional regulation, commercial agreements/advisory services, matters relating to clinical research and life sciences, among other areas.
In employment law, I assist clients with employment agreements, termination and severance packages, wrongful dismissal, workplace disputes and independent legal advice. I understand that employment matters can have significant personal and financial implications, and I aim to help clients understand their rights, assess their options, and make informed decisions about how to proceed.
My background in forensic psychology and mental health research has shaped the way I approach legal practice. It has given me the appreciation for the human circumstances that often underlie legal disputes, particularly where issues of health, vulnerability, professional relationships and individual rights are involved.
Whether someone is seeking advice on a specific agreement, navigating a workplace concern, or dealing with a complex health-related legal issue, my goal is to provide thoughtful advocacy, sound legal guidance and an approach that is both practical and attentive to their needs.
