Andrew Larmand is a trial lawyer practicing matters of general civil litigation with a concentration in personal injury claims, administrative law and provincial offences. He is a member of The Advocates’ Society, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Ontario Bar Association and the Welland County Law Association.
Prior to law school, Andrew worked as a manager at a regional health unit and as a forest fire fighter and media spokesperson for the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. Andrew prosecuted provincial offences under the Tobacco Control Act and participated in efforts to lobby governments for effective tobacco control at the municipal, provincial and federal levels.
Andrew graduated from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2003 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2004. During his articling period, Andrew served as a judicial research clerk for the Office of the Chief Justice where he was assigned to various judges of the Superior Court of Justice.
Andrew is active in the community and the Rotary Club of Fonthill. He continues to volunteer and serve as an executive director with various local agencies and boards. Along with his wife, Teryl, and their children, Bethany, Joel, Kennan and Cameron, the Larmand family is active in their church community and busy with family and sport activities around and beyond the Niagara Region.
