Victoria Vozinis Legal Services

Having been raised by parents who emigrated to Canada is what has led me to my empathy for people in legal trouble. Growing up in Durham Region I understand that access to justice may seem unattainable to some. My personal background combined with my education and work experience is what has led me to be a strong voice, advocate and representative for my clients. I believe access to justice should be affordable and the end goal should always have the client’s best interest in mind.

    ABOUT

I represent clients through a diverse range of legal matters and I appear for them within a variety of Courts, Tribunals and Boards.

I am a civil practitioner with a primary focus on Small Claims Court representation.

My experience ranges from money owed to damages incurred. Losses and damages I have successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving unpaid invoices or loans, breech of contract, defective workmanship, unjust enrichment and breech of fiduciary duty.

I have obtained many successful results that best suit the needs of my clients.

I also have 20 years experience dealing with Special Education matters, including IEP and IDP processes. These include appearances within the school board setting as well as the Ontario Special Education Tribunal.

My education and experience has given me the opportunity to represent parents of students experiencing the possibility of expulsion or re-entry after an expulsion. These matters have been successfully heard at the Child and Family Services Review Board.

I have also attended insurance investigation interviews along with my clients and advocated for them during an insurance claim dispute.
