Mr. Frost joined an association of senior and experienced criminal lawyers, eventually joining the firm of Lomer, Frost LLP. – Barristers as a partner until 2008. He now practices in the Law Chambers together with other experienced litigators.
He has defended a number of high profile cases and many complex white collar crime cases including cases relating to:
- the financial services industry,
- professional discipline and
- elections fraud.
Mr. Frost also represented the Commissioner of Elections Canada for many years. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for discrete and cost-effective representation.
Mr. Frost is regularly called upon to participate in educational programs. For many years he instructed at the Bar Admission Course. He is a regular panelist and lecturer at in-house programs conducted by the Federal Prosecution Service and the Canada Revenue Agency.
