In 1999, Mr. Palka worked for the Crown Attorney (Ministry of the Attorney-General) in St. Catharines. In 2000, he worked for the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor, helping with legal research and law school promotion. During law school, Mr. Palka mooted extensively, participating in the school’s internal Zuber Moot Competition and labour arbitration moot and representing the school in the Gale Cup Moot Competition. Additionally, he judged moots and coached mooting teams. Throughout law school, Mr. Palka also volunteered at the Community Legal Aid clinic in Windsor.
