After graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School and briefly exploring a partnership with former classmates, Salvatore Grillo recognized his passion for personal injury law and was excited by the positive impact he could afford to those in need of professional, unrelenting legal counsel.
He founded one of the Toronto’s top personal injury firms, Grillo Law, in 1985 and has been establishing his reputation for success ever since. The peace of mind and satisfaction Grillo is able to provide to his clients is the fire that continues to fuel his ambition in the field.
As a highly regarded professional in the legal community, Grillo has successfully pursued and negotiated claims in all areas of his personal injury practice including, and not limited to, motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls and cases of elder abuse. The esteemed lawyer has appeared before all levels of court in the province of Ontario, as well as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
Grillo understands the complexity of today’s legal system and believes in his duty to educate the public on the ever-changing personal injury landscape. His compassion and understanding towards the city’s greatest asset – its diversity – is his strength. Grillo employs a dedicated and diverse team of more than 90 professionals, and he is proudly able to offer services in over a dozen languages to more successfully aid the multilingual communities across the GTA. Grillo holds membership to The Canadian Bar Association, The Ontario Trial Lawyer Association and The Advocates’ Society. But his contributions to the community surpass the perimeter of his legal practice and Grillo contributes to cultural associations and organizations such as L’Altra Italia, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and local youth sports clubs across the city.
