Areas of Practice

• Family Law
  Using Mediation, litigation and collaborative Law in resolving family disputes, including child and spousal support claims, variation of support order, as well division of property, divorce proceedings, drafting and negotiation 0f separation agreement as well as marriage contracts and domestic agreements. Also dealing with cases when parties are residing in Canada or USA, or when one of the parties resides outside of Canada.
• Mediation
  Mediation practice dedicated in solving family and civil disputes. We work closely with our clients to obtain and achieve the desired results. I received formal mediation training from STITT FELD group division of ADR. I am also a member of ADR Institute of Ontario and ADR Institute of Canada.
• Trademark and Copyright
  I am a registered Trademark Agent and provide both Trademark and Copyright services to Clients by filing the Trademark Applications and handling the appeals. Also, acting for client in various copyright and Trademark litigations.
• Real Estate
  Buying and selling properties, advising clients to arrange bridge financing if closing dates are different in buying and selling properties. We also provide legal services in buying and selling businesses, including franchises and pharmacies.
• Immigration
  Our firm provides various immigration services including business or entrepreneur applications, family class sponsorship, refugee claims and inadmissibility appeals. Applications for skilled worker. Temporary Resident Visas and Permits, U.S. Visas and Waivers.
• Corporation
  We provide services in incorporation and preparing shareholder agreement, and preparing By-Laws and Minutes for the corporations and filing Initial Notices with the Ministry of Consumer and Ontario Business Services.
• Personal Injury Claims
  We represent clients involved in motor vehicle accidents or personal injury claims. We provide prompt and effective services and dedicated ourselves in protecting their legitimate rights. Also, represent clients in product liability claims.
• Wills and Estates
  We provide services in Estate Litigation, preparing Wills and Power of Attorneys and submit applications to the Court for appointment of Trustee and the Will and without the Will and distribution of the estate in accordance with the Will, challenging the validity of the Wills, Dependent support claims, Retirement and removal of Trustees and Court Proceedings to ascertain Heirs of an estate. Also provide Mediation of Estate dispute.
